Construction of various types of buildings forms an integral part of Namiz International activities. Among those building types are VIP and prestigious villas, residential villas and complexes, blocks of flats, offices and commercial buildings, labor accommodations, stores and warehouses, workshops, structural steel buildings, sub stations, temporary facilities, and others.
Infrastructure Works
Namiz International focus is mainly on Drainage and Sewerage Systems, House Connections, Pump Stations, and various types of pipe laying and connections. This is a major discipline of the company with experienced staff who worked more than 34 years in this field for major construction companies in Qatar.
Interior Decoration Works
Namiz International has large experience in all types of interior decoration works for most types of buildings. This covers all types of hard finishes to the building and the exterior, in addition to FF&E works. Namiz International has completed several interior decoration projects successfully for major clients in Qatar. A great support is obtained from HTCC own Carpentry and GRC/Gypsum professional workshops.
Plant Hire
Having its own company garage, Namiz International relies on plant hire as another major line of its provided services. Namiz International mainly hires tipper trucks, trailers, shovels, in addition to various other excavation, transportation, and demolition equipment and plant.
Namiz International philosophy is to achieve maximum efficiency of the owned equipment and plant by carrying out continuous preventive maintenance by Namiz International dedicated professional team of mechanics and assistants.
Carpentry Workshop
Namiz International carpentry workshop provides services and produces works to Namiz International different building and maintenance projects in addition to undertaking direct supply and installation jobs with clients including major construction companies. Namiz International carpentry workshop is capable of producing almost all carpentry works required for basic construction, along with all carpentry hard and soft finishes like frames, doors, and the like using different types of timber and applying different finishes.GRC and Gypsum Workshop
Similar to the carpentry workshop, Namiz International has established its own workshop, which is capable of producing a wide range of GRC andGypsum items for use as in different applications, especially decorative purposes. The workshop is also capable of forming various types of molds using different rubric special durable materials as desired.
Miscellaneous Sub Contract Works
As part of providing a diverse range of services, Namiz International also undertakes different miscellaneous works especially for their continuous or returning clients to assure their satisfaction.Miscellaneous works may include earth works, garden and landscape works, supply of certain materials, etc.
NAMIZ INTERNATIONAL SECTIONS
An integrated organization composed of interrelated sections with defined roles is one of the basic factors in Namiz International dynamic and flexible operation. Namiz International includes the following main Five
Projects Section:
Is the major section of the company, as it resembles a driving motor for the main undertaken activities of building, construction? It is the largest section of the company since almost a hundred individuals of staff follow it that form real productive human pillars to the company. It includes Projects Managers, Engineers, Safety Officers, Foremen, Supervisors (Foremen Assistants or Right Hands), Craftsmen (Carpenters, Masons, Steel Fixers, Plumbers, Electricians, Painters, Scaffolders, etc), and Labors.
Commercial Section:
It is composed of four units; tendering unit, estimating unit, quantity-surveying unit, and procurement unit. Tendering Unit follows a tendering process from the start as of acquiring the targeted tender documents to receiving the results of the same tender. It receives support from the Estimating Unit and the QS Unit for pricing matters. The Estimating and QS Units play a supportive role to the Tendering Unit during tenders, play an essential monitoring, and control role during implementation of the works.
Their role also includes Contract Administration and Planning, as an essential support to Projects Section.
Finance Section:
Is composed of Accounting Unit and Budgeting Unit. Accounting Unit maintains all book keeping activities, control and monitoring of company’s accounts, and salaries and wages process. Budgeting Unit follows up issuance of different types of bank bonds and guarantees in addition to securing any necessary budgeting for larger scale projects.
Administration Section:
This section includes the Secretary Unit, Admin Assistants, PurchaseUnit, and Stores. The secretary unit includes the central office secretaries and the secretaries and document controllers of the projects at site offices. Administration Assistants includes the company’s representatives (mandoubs) and IT clerk. Purchase Unit is responsible for providing all work-consumable and daily supply items to office and projects. It also follows up the Stores of thecompany.
Workshops:
Namiz International has three major workshops; The Carpentry Workshop; The GRC/Gypsum Workshop; and The Plant and Equipment Workshop. The Carpentry and GRC/Gypsum Workshops provide work to in house projects as well as direct sale or supply and fix to the market. All Namiz International’s workshops are located in the Industrial Area of Doha
